Information Regarding Admission, Registration and Examination

      Notification for admission to various professional Courses will be given in all the leading Newspapers.

     Information bulletin along with application form for admission can be obtained personally form the office of the college on payment of Rs.550/- (for MBA & MCA) & Rs. 350/- (for BCA & EEM) through bank challan of SBI, J. D. Women's College branch or through demand draft of Rs. 600/- (for MBA & MCA) & Rs. 400/- (for BCA & EEM) drawn in favour of the "Director, J. D. Women's College" payable at Patna if desired by post. The college will not be responsible for non -delivery or delayed delivery of the forms sent by post. Application form can be downloaded from College website http://www.jdwcpatna.com. Downloaded form must contain the fee as mentioned above, otherwise it will be rejected. Cost of the form includes processing fee also.

Duly completed application form along with self attested copies of certificates must be submitted in the college office within notified date. The college will not be responsible for delayed receipt of forms if sent by post.

Admission Criterion:

For MBA Programme - Students will be admitted to this course on the basis of Written Test score obtained by them in one of the following management Entrance Test exams (during the same academic session) - MAT, CAT, JMAT, XAT & ATMA.

For MCA Programme - Students will be admitted to this course on the basis of Written Test score obtained by them in MCA Entrance Test (J.D.M.C.A.E.T.) conducted by this college /Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. Entrance test will be held on all India basis during the current academic session.

Short-listed candidates, on the basis of Written Test score, will be called for Group Discussion & Interview to be conducted by this college. Merit list for admission to MBA/MCA Course will be prepared on the basis of Test Score, G.D. & Interview.

For BCA & EEM - Students will be admitted to these courses on the basis of their performance in the Written Test examination to be conducted by the college followed by Interview.

         Merit list for admission will be prepared on the basis of Test Score and Interview.

Reservation Policy:

Reservation policy as per notification of the Magadh University/State Government will be strictly followed.

 Registration:

        The selected candidates will have to get themselves registered with the Magadh University on payment of requisite fee except those who are already registered with Magadh University. The candidates coming from other University will have to submit migration certificate from her previous University and they will have to deposit emigration fee also. The students who are not registered with Magadh University will not be allowed to appear a University exam.

            75% attendance is mandatory. No student will be permitted to appear University examination (Semester exam in case of MBA & MCA and Part - I, II & III exams in case of (BCA & EEM) unless she fulfills the condition of 75% attendance in each paper/Seminars/Case studies/Special Lectures etc

Examinations:

             Student will have to appear at the University Examination at the e each semester (MBA & MCA) / Year (BCA & EEM). The examination will be conducted by Magadh University.

Award of Degree:

     After successful completion of the course, appropriate degree will be awarded by the Magadh University.
